“A simple habit can make a big difference in your neighborhood.” In honor of Earth Month, the Southern California Service Corps (SCSC) in partnership with Athens Services is sharing a simple reminder to help keep our neighborhoods clean and safe. Overfilling your trash bin may seem harmless, but it can lead to litter, pests, and missed pickups in our community. Members of the Latino Roundtable of the Pomona Valley came together for a community cleanup and graffiti removal effort at Cesar Chavez Park in Pomona, California.
